Job Title: Solar Module Sales Manager/Director - Italy, Bergamo Job Overview: Drive the growth of the solar module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Conduct regional market analysis focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors’ activities, and performance of key distributors and installers. Build and maintain relationships with potential partners including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each. Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives. Support marketing efforts such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches. Prepare sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and organizational input to inform product strategy in the PV module segment. Engage with key industry players to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly. Develop customized proposals for tenders, optimizing technical and commercial aspects. Identify new market segments and opportunities for product expansion. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product delivery aligns with expectations. Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards are met. Partner with marketing and sales teams to oversee product launches and ensure successful rollouts. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs. Proven sales and business development skills. Familiarity with customer procurement processes and response strategies. Strong decision-making skills and initiative-driven mindset. Experience with financial reports, budgets, and expenditures. Sales-driven with a proactive, competitive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external partners. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Exceptional planning, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.
