For an important international wine company with a consolidated presence in some European markets, we are looking for: BRAND MANAGER - WINE & SPIRITS - TREVISO The new resource, in coordination with the guidelines of the group, will have to support the growth of the brand, with focus on some specific markets. Germany, USA, Eastern Europe and Nordics are the priority markets where the company intends to place and obtain the best results. To enhance the Marketing function today we intend to search for a resource able to oversee in different areas of action. TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES - Market research and brand understanding - Development of marketing assets to be deployed across markets - Coordination and cooperation with distributors (i.e. local sales and marketing), and with the mother group with regards to production and product development. - Management of the product portfolio strategy (innovation pipeline and updates) - Interface with advertising, design and communication agencies (national and international) - Coordination of digital marketing, including the management of social media channels REQUIREMENTS - Three-year university degree in the Marketing sector - Minimum five years of professional experience in marketing and communication - Developed analytical skills and potential strategic mindset - A previous experience in a central marketing function of a multinational organization is a plus - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English - Knowledge of the German language is mandatory - Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools and strategies - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package WHAT WE OFFER: Full time permanent contract, salary commensurate with professional experience.
