We are looking for a Commis de rang a to join our team.
* Guest Needs Support:Assist in anticipating guest needs and handling complaints to help provide an excellent and personalized experience.
* Food and Beverage Service Support:Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Attention to Detail:Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and beautifully presented.
* Bar Offer Personalization Support:Contribute to personalizing the restaurant offer.
* Guest Relations:Assist in establishing good relationships with guests, supporting the handling of requests and inquiries.
* Quality Standards:Help ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
* Coordination Support:Support the coordination and monitoring of assigned Commis de Rang.
Requirements
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
* Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
* References
* Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
* HACCP Certification
Belmond and you:
* We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Commis de Rang
* Start date: June 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
* Monthly gross salary around € 1.500, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
* Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
* Accomodation in our staff house including breakfast
