Job Description For the **** season, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and highly collaborative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the management of our restaurants and gastronomic and bar experiences.
You will be an operational point of reference for the team, helping ensure impeccable and personalized service in line with the highest Relais Châteaux standards.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to motivate the team, satisfy guests, and maximize both service quality and F B revenue.
