PpWe seek an Account Manager for Dairy ingredients (cultures enzymes) in Italy and the Balkans. Based in Milan with extensive travel, you will drive account strategies, report to the Regional Sales Director, and build long-term client relationships. Success in this role is measured by sustained sales growth, stronger margins, a well‑developed opportunity pipeline, high forecast accuracy, and excellent customer satisfaction. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo set up, coordinate, execute specific Accounts tactics plans to realize pre-defined/agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term. Define and implement a strategic account plan. /li liMonitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report based on defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, in order to achieve the results. /li liBuild sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account to speed up development and brick wall running business. /li liIdentify long term business opportunities with the account(s) and include these in the account strategy and plan. /li liDefine and implement projects with focus on key products, processes and innovation, and decide on clear PMP structure and accountabilities. /li liMonitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements and competitive business strategies (competitive profiling) and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in account and sales plans. /li liLead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts. Ideally have extensive knowledge and understanding of Cheese and Dairy cultures and enzymes and/or other Dairy ingredients with a strong ability to describe and discuss the products in depth. /li liPreferably have an existing network within the international Dairy industry. /li liDemonstrated successful achievements within sales/commerce. /li liPragmatic entrepreneur and able to build and maintain relations on different levels, both internally and externally. /li liExcellent communicator and have good planning and organizational skills, also fluent in English. /li /ul h3About Dsm-firmenich /h3 pAt dsm-firmenich, we don’t just meet expectations – we go beyond them.
