Youll lead with purpose breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected compassionate world. /ppbA Day in the Life /b /ppJoin us at the forefront of innovation in electrophysiology as part of Medtronics Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team. Were seeking a proactive and collaborative Sales Representative who is committed to advancing patient care through innovative technologies including the Affera mapping and ablation system advanced ablation catheters cardiac mapping systems and traditional EP solutions. /ppIn this role you will contribute to the growth and development of the CAS business within your assigned territory Tuscany Umbria and Lazio in alignment with national strategies and goals. You will work closely with existing and new customers supporting both commercial and clinical initiatives while helping strengthen Medtronics reputation for excellence in cardiac care. The preferred location for this position is in Tuscany (with preference with Florence area). /ppResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned : /pulliPromote and represent Medtronics product portfolio and services within the assigned territory to meet or exceed objectives /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with a broad range of stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical) including distributors /liliSupport account development by identifying opportunities for new therapies and technologies while deepening engagement with existing customers /liliProvide procedural and technical support when needed ensuring adequate product availability according to asset management guidelines /liliPlan and manage account forecasts activities and investments in alignment with territory goals /liliCollect and share insights on accounts trends and competitors to inform business decisions /li /ulpbRequired Knowledge and Experience : /b /pulliBachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Life Sciences or another relevant field /liliMinimum of 2 years experience in a commercial role within the medical device sector /liliFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills /liliProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools /liliAbility to build effective relationships work as part of a team and contribute to a solution-focused environment /liliWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally to national / international meetings or trainings /li /ulpFamiliarity with the Electrophysiology market will be considered an advantage. /ppbPhysical Job Requirements /b /ppThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. /ppBenefits Compensation /ppMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package /ppA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
