Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing commercial activities with key customers, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring profitable business development throughout the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage RFQ processes with OEM customers (e.g., Stellantis).
* Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers.
* Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives.
* Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP.
* Coordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements.
* Manage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications.
* Support Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Requirements
* Experience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management.
* Experience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Leadership or coordination experience.
* Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
* Open mindset and willingness to adopt digital tools and new ways of working (including AI-based tools).
