Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop
- Introduce structure, KPIs, forecasting discipline, and performance management.
- Drive national growth
- Expand market share with major accounts (e.g., FMCG, beverage, food, logistics).
- Build and execute a clear commercial strategy aligned to the growth plan.
- Champion new technologies and upcoming product innovations.
- Strengthen key account management and long‑term customer partnerships.
- Represent the brand across Europe / US with credibility, technical understanding, and commercial sharpness
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in technical product sales — automation, packaging, machinery, industrial equipment, or similar.
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams with structure and accountability.
- Hands‑on, energetic, modern sales leader
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, measure, and scale.
- Comfortable in a mid‑sized, entrepreneurial environment with global backing.
- Strong relationship builder with credibility in front of major industrial customers.
