Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating with existing and prospective customers in Italy, as well as developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
* Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure sales.
* Manage and record customer rates and ensure proper application of contracts.
* Act as an interface between customers and internal teams, including sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance.
* Assist the technical and sales team with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on individual sales activities, customer situations, and sample progress to management.

* Good understanding of the plastics industry and plastics processing.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively use MS Office and ERP system.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
