Responsibilities: Assist Italian-speaking customers: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Handle inquiries: Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information. Maintain customer satisfaction: Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
