Partner with the best Our Digital Commercial Manager will be leading the global commercial operations activities for Industrial Solutions’ digital offerings, including Augury and Cordant suites of solutions. This role will cover commercial support, as well as contracts risk management and negotiations and develops an operational plan for own department. As a Digital Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: - Supporting the initial design and implementation of a new commercial process aimed at successfully collaborate with the partnering business - Being accountable for the overall commercial proposal strategy for the deals that include joint digital product offering - Owning the proposal development process, including proposal quality and automation/productivity - Driving commercial compliance, including commercial process and contracts risk management - Analyzing/evaluating terms and conditions and lead contract negotiations, engaging with customers to close deals - Exhibiting strong expertise in the development of risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP’s and customer T&C’s while meeting business objectives - Recognizing contract essentials and escalate issues for appropriate resolution - Developing negotiation strategy, anticipating and removing obstacles to closure - Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance - Team with sales manager to develop new opportunities and define commercial strategy Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college - Have significant experience in a Sales/Commercial role, with preference for contract risk management and contract negotiations - Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously. - Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
