Experteer Overview
In this regional role, you drive market execution and growth for MOSFETs across SouthEurope, aligning customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions. You translate product strategy into local go‑to‑market actions and identify new business opportunities. You influence product roadmaps through the voice of the customer and ensure cross‑functional alignment to prioritize opportunities and pricing. This is a collaborative, technically focused role at a global electronics leader with a strong regional impact.

* Own regional market and customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors)
* Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go‑To‑Market actions
* Act as a strategic technical‑commercial interface for key customers
* Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities
* Be the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps
* Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions
* Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution
Responsabilità
* Background in Electronics / Physics or similar
* Experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally discrete MOSFETs)
* Exposure to automotive and industrial customers and distribution
* Structured, proactive, customer‑oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills and hands‑on mentality
* Willingness to travel mainly within SouthEurope
* Fluent English and Italian
* Good knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects
