About TUYA
TUYA is a premium dining concept inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, now expanding to Milan. We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence while delivering memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
* Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing FOH team
* Uphold TUYA's service and brand standards at all touchpoints
* Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure efficient, cost-effective performance
* Handle staff scheduling, inventory, and supplier relations
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Collaborate with kitchen, marketing, and executive teams on goals and campaigns
* Support special events and seasonal promotions
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of proven experience in restaurant management
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Passion for hospitality and premium guest experiences
* Experience in fine dining or upscale concepts is a plus
