Sulzer Water Treatment Solutions is a place where entrepreneurial minds grow. We are seeking for a Product Manager for Industrial Treatment Solutions to shape the growth ambitions in treatment, a talent who is ready to take ownership and make a real impact.
We are now seeking a proactive, customer-focused Product Manager to bring our proven global technologies into new regional markets. In this role, you will own the adaptation and launch of existing products into locally relevant, solution‐oriented offerings. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will lead technology transfers, localize products to market and regulatory needs, and ensure full commercial readiness across sales, operations, and application support.
You will define the regional product strategy, together with local teams who will give the market insight, covering customer needs, competition, pricing, and regulations. From this, you will build a focused roadmap, business case, and KPIs, adjusting courses where needed. You will lead solution launches, shape value propositions and pricing, and enable sales teams through training, tools, and hands-on support.
Acting as a product application expert, you will work closely with customers and internal specialists, support pilots and early deployments, and turn feedback into continuous product improvements.
You are a self‐starter with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of industrial water treatment or similar technical solutions. Experience in product management, process engineering, business development, or sales in an international, matrix organization is highly valued. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.
