PAbout the job /p h3CHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B to B) to join its team. /h3 pTo be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in Italian-speaking countries, and proven experience in features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment within the geospatial industries (e.g., surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, precision agriculture). /p pIn this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions. /p h3About the role /h3 ol liAchieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop market share. /li liCreate regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives. /li liConduct business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts across various verticals through prospecting. /li liSupport distributors in their business development efforts. /li liRespond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors. /li liVisit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders. /li liParticipate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows. /li liIdentify and develop new market opportunities by analyzing market trends. /li /ol h3About you /h3 pMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering. /p pMinimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries such as GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, or precision agriculture. /p pFluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are mandatory. /p pExperience in international dealer management is a plus. /p pResults-oriented, positive outlook, and focused on high quality and profit. /p pStrong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities. /p h3Note /h3 pCandidates must be EU citizens, residing and eligible to work in Italy. /p h3Travel Requirements /h3 pFrequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel within Europe for meetings, trade shows, and strategic accounts. /p h3What we offer /h3 pAn international, result-oriented company where you can utilize your skills. /p pExcellent environment and career prospects in a high-growth market. /p pOpportunities for personal development within a fast-growing global company. /p pRemuneration based on experience. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
