The role involves developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems, supporting initiatives to enhance customer centricity and profitable growth. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director.As a Commercial Excellence Data Systems Analyst, You WillDevelop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceDevelop, maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards)Act as administrator of the Customer database, managing business requirements, documentation, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure CRM and opportunity pipeline best practice adherenceCollaborate with IS Teams to improve systemsCarry out Contract Management activitiesSupport sales training frameworks and provide key user support for internal systemsEducationBachelor of Business degree requiredRequired Skills3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis, with strong CRM expertise.
