This Position reports to:
Global Product Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment, contributing to the Product Management function in Business Line Energy Distribution, Smart Buildings, Electrification in Italy. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Collaborating with global product management by supporting product launches, analyzing performance, implementing marketing tools, and managing data.
- Understanding market dynamics by identifying customer needs, tracking segment trends, and following global standards and requirements.
- Conducting competitive and market analysis by evaluating ABB's positioning, identifying product gaps, and analyzing segments, products, and channels.
- Managing product specifications and marketing materials by overseeing technical details and assisting in the creation of brochures and catalogues.
Qualifications for the role
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You are passionate about Team working, good interpersonal skills, results orientation, innovation spirit, proactivity and leadership will complete your profile.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Industrial engineering or Economics.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, German will be considered a plus.
