Senior Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean) Location: The role is largely remote. With the focus being to either work from home or be out in the field meeting with clients. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join our client, a global leader in the freight forwarding and international logistics sector. The role will be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities in the international sea and air freight sector, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and the consolidation of the company’s presence in the national and global market. Develop and manage new B2B commercial relationships with import/export clients. Promote sea and air freight services, in synergy with the operational and pricing teams. Monitor the market, competition, and trends in international traffic flows. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract closing. Sales/Business Development experience in freight forwarding or international shipping companies. Knowledge of major sea and air routes and international transport dynamics. Ability to read and negotiate rates with airlines, shipowners, and overseas agents, leveraging the global business to achieve the best rates together. English is the only language required, although others are appreciated. Proficiency in IT tools and commercial CRM systems. Company car and other benefits
