KMD, Master Dealer SKY, is seeking to appoint three District Managers to exclusively develop and manage SKY operations in the regions of Calabria, Campania, and Puglia.
The responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring continuous monitoring of the commercial objectives within the assigned area.
2. Maintaining an adequate oversight of the sales network by implementing appropriate development actions.
3. Supporting and motivating sales staff within their area to promote offered services.
4. Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to aid the development of assigned sales points.
5. Conducting scouting activities to identify new suitable sales points for the operator's services.
The ideal candidates will have:
* Significant experience in the Telecommunications or Energy sectors.
* Strong goal-oriented attitude.
* Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
* Leadership skills and the ability to guide teams.
* Knowledge of various B2B channels.
