Your responsibilities include: /pulliDeveloping the hotel’s marketing strategy in collaboration with the Regional Head of Marketing, focusing on communication, USPs, target markets, and audiences. /liliCreating the marketing plan and budget based on the strategy. /liliRegular communication with the hotel GM and Revenue Manager regarding bookings, marketing activities, packages, and special offers. /liliProviding input on hotel product development, including events and experiences, and supporting their implementation. /liliSelecting, negotiating, and executing hotel collaborations and local partnerships to enhance the guest experience. /liliCoordinating with the Performance Marketing team at headquarters. /liliManaging website content, including updates on events and packages in collaboration with Revenue Management and Reservations. /liliPlanning and executing hotel newsletters and lead generation activities. /liliLeading the hotel’s Social Media Manager/Content Creator and coordinating content planning. /liliCollaborating with the Regional PR Manager on press releases, media trips, and influencer visits. /liliImplementing in-house marketing activities and maintaining hotel collateral and presentations. /liliSupporting sales team activities like site inspections and FAM trips. /liliEngaging with local tourism stakeholders and partners. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliCompleted marketing education, ideally combined with tourism training. /liliAt least 5 years of marketing experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting. /liliFlexible, communicative, empathetic, and data-driven. /liliFluent in Italian, German, and English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulpstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulliFull-time position (5 days/week, 40 hours). /liliOnboarding and development opportunities within a 360° tourism company. /liliEmployee and family discounts across Falkensteiner hotels. /liliCorporate benefits and cross-hotel exposure. /li /ulpSalary starts at €3,600 gross per month, with potential for above-market compensation depending on experience and qualifications.
