The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to guests always, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation. Maintain vehicles in proper condition, conduct daily vehicle checklists, adhering to traffic laws, and ensuring the safety of guests and vehicles. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing trolley assistance when needed, and ensuring smooth transitions during transportation. Ensure accurate completion of vehicle logbooks, including mobile, vehicle, and job cards, maintaining detailed records of vehicle usage and maintenance. Run shuttle buses to various shopping areas, following designated routes and schedules to provide convenient transportation options for guests. Stock limousines with daily newspapers, drinking water, cold towels, and hotel brochures, maintaining Jumeirah's high standards of service and presentation. Take vehicles to the car wash regularly, ensuring they are clean inside and out, presenting a pristine appearance to guests. Report any accidents, damage, or delays to the team leader immediately, maintaining open communication and adhering to operational schedules.
