Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with assigned B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Sales Execution: Support the implementation of the company's commercial strategy by analysing market trends and customer needs and contributing to strategic adjustments where needed.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales and Fragrance Development teams.Technical & Commercial Support: Present tailored solutions to clients, helping them understand both the technical and commercial value of our offerings.Sales Forecasting & Planning: Support demand analysis and order planning to ensure alignment between supply and market needs.Industry Engagement: Actively represent the company at trade shows, events, and B2B meetings to promote the brand and expand the professional network.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business, marketing, or related fields.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in B2B sales with a client‐facing role, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.Client Management: Proven experience in client management and commercial negotiations.Languages: Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1/B2); additional languages are considered a plus.Travel: Willingness to travel and work in an international, fast‐paced environment.Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem‐solving skills, with a solid commercial mindset.Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
