Who we are looking for:

As an Account Manager EMEA & APAC, you will play a central role in scaling Caracol’s business by managing and growing relationships with existing customers and partners across different markets. You will focus on strengthening long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous collaboration and solution development.


Few examples of responsibilities:


* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners, acting as their main point of contact for all business and operational needs.
* Identify opportunities to expand the scope of collaboration, upselling and cross-selling Caracol’s solutions.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, feedback, and ongoing projects.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and guarantee smooth project execution.
* Analyze customer performance and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
* Participate in industry events and client meetings to strengthen relationships and reinforce Caracol’s position as a trusted partner.


Ideal Background:


* Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, or related B2B sectors.
* Proven experience in managing and expanding key accounts in international contexts.
* Solid business acumen (knowledge) and industry knowledge in key sectors such as transportation, aerospace, automotive or tooling.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong customer focus.
* Languages: English and French are a must
