Overall Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operation of the crew galley and prepare all crew meals according to company menus.
* Ensure crew satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Adhere to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a CDP Chef/Senior CDP in an upscale setting (hotel, resort, cruise ship).
* Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
* Computer proficiency in programs like Excel, Word, and potentially culinary software.
