PARD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER settore caccia Duties: - To continue the 4th year of developing the PARD brand in Italy, in collaboration with our distributor. - Develop hunting/outdoor market, and carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys - Find potential business opportunities and business growth points - Approaching and establishing new, solid, and long-term relationships with customers - Presentation of the products to the potential customers - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. - Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups. - Position PARD as the preferred product for consultants. - Prepare reports required by the management. - Our expectations - At least 2 years of experience in BDM position o Agente di commercio - Resident in Italy - Massive customer resource in local Outdoor/Hunting market - Hunting experience or adequate shooting practice or the practice of outdoor sports and a passion for nature. - Italian native speaker with proper communication skills.
