Uriach Italy, with over 180 years of history and operations in more than 70 countries, is a leading player in the European nutraceutical market.Nutraceuticals are a new science studying nutrition, focusing on developing natural formulations to benefit human health.People are at the core of our company, inspiring us to create innovative, sustainable products through research, innovation, and quality.PositionTo strengthen our Marketing Department, we are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Manager.The Category Manager will lead the development of Uriach Italy's Medical Healthcare lines (ostearticular, pediatric, gynecological) in the Italian market, setting and achieving strategic goals.The role involves managing 3 brand managers and reporting to the Marketing Director, with key responsibilities including:Defining marketing strategies for the Medical Healthcare Business Unit to build a mid-long term growth plan aligned with corporate objectives.Identifying and activating effective communication channels targeting medical specialists.Managing the international Laborest brand, reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer for European market plans.Participating in cross-functional teams for product development and launch.Preparing and leading meetings with Area Managers and ISFs across three lines, overseeing over 200 ISFs.Ensuring budget and timeline adherence for marketing plans.Coordinating 3 brand managers with growth and performance objectives.We seek a creative, passionate, and ambitious professional eager to lead our brands innovatively in Italy and abroad.Requirements include:At least 10 years of experience in Medical Marketing within structured Pharma or Consumer Healthcare companies with a medical-driven business model.Preferably experience in pediatrics, gynecology, or orthopedics.Strong commercial sensitivity and ability to understand the needs of Area Managers, ISFs, and medical specialists.Master's degree in economics or scientific disciplines.Deep knowledge of the main drivers of the medical healthcare market, channels, and targets.Understanding regulatory principles for medical devices and supplements.Ability to work in international teams.Excellent communication skills across different corporate levels and stakeholders.Fluent English language skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Contract: Permanent, based in Milano, Assago.Uriach, founded in Barcelona in 1838, is committed to natural research and modern health solutions, with over 300 employees in Italy serving medical and pharmaceutical professionals daily.We believe in people and the positive impact they can make.
