who can join Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. As part of the
Digital Team.
A Digital Merchandiser is responsible for the day-to-day management of the online catalogue and digital store, with the objective of optimizing commercial performance, supporting the execution of the commercial calendar, and contributing to the achievement of the Company’s business targets through data-driven decisions. End-to-end product management through the PIM database, ensuring all content, information, pricing and imagery are accurate and delivered on time for product publication Catalogue preparation, updates and quality checks in line with the commercial calendar, delivery plan, product publication flow and editorial calendar, supporting both sales and digital marketing initiatives Day-to-day management and optimization of the online catalogue to maximize visibility, conversion and sell-through Active contribution to the planning, execution and monitoring of the digital commercial calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-channel business priorities and launch milestones Product selection and merchandising strategy for key launches, seasonal drops and dedicated marketing moments On-site visual merchandising management in accordance with brand communication guidelines and WW / regional editorial calendars On-site merchandising activities including manual product sorting, filters, navigation menus and internal search optimization Performance monitoring and analysis of product and category results using Google Analytics and Contentsquare, with the ability to translate insights into concrete merchandising actions On-site testing and debugging activities in collaboration with IT teams, especially for new projects, tools and special launches Continuous monitoring and analysis of online competitors, market trends and best practices Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Buying, Planning, CRM and Tech teams, contributing to commercial plan definition and digital rollout Close collaboration with the Photo Studio to ensure optimal digital representation of products and support collection launches We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset, passion for luxury fashion and digital environments, and confidence in working with numbers and performance data. Previous experience within an online business or e-commerce department is considered a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field Excellent command of spoken and written English 2–3 years of relevant e-commerce or digital merchandising experience Strong business acumen and numerical confidence, with the ability to interpret data and KPIs Advanced user of the Office Package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience working with Commerce Cloud platforms (SFCC) Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics and Contentsquare (or similar analytics and UX tools) Solid understanding of website usability, conversion optimization and digital merchandising best practices SELF RELIANCE | SOLIDARITY | ENGINEERING MINDSET | MATERIAL OBSESSION
