Overview
Audes Group, a leading company in the custom uniforms, workwear, and merchandising market, is looking for a Sales Manager with a strong focus on the German speaking markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region;
* Manage the full sales cycle, from project analysis and proposal to implementation;
* Consolidate and expand relationships with existing clients;
* Monitor performance through reporting and KPI analysis.
Your profile
* Excellent knowledge of German;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Strong command of Microsoft Office tools;
* At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales roles;
* Strong results orientation and ability to independently manage negotiations;
* Availability to work mainly at our HQ in Limena (Padua, Italy), with periodic business trips abroad.
