About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to drive analytics initiatives and competitive intelligence for the Self-Service team. You will partner with the Analytics Lead on instrumentation and data products while building the competitive awareness capability from the ground up.This role reports to the Director of Self-Service and works closely with Data Engineering, Marketing, Product teams, and Customer Success.Responsibilities
Analytics (partnering with Analytics Lead):
Write specifications for event tracking and instrumentationCoordinate implementation with product and engineering teamsPrioritize analytics backlog based on team needsBuild and maintain attribution pipeline
Competitive Intelligence:
Run quarterly deep-dive analysis on key competitorsConduct win/loss interviews with Sales and Customer SuccessMonitor developer communities for market signalsProduce competitive briefs and market opportunity reportsTrack industry trends relevant to self-service and developer experience
Requirements
3+ years of product management experience with analytics focusHands‐on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)Understanding of event tracking, attribution models, and funnel analysisAbility to translate data into actionable recommendationsExperience coordinating with data and engineering teamsStrong communication skills for presenting insightsFluent English
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS analyticsBackground in competitive intelligence or market researchGaming industry knowledgeExperience building lead scoring modelsFamiliarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
