Experteer Overview
As System Project Engineer, you combine technical expertise with leadership to deliver Passenger Information Systems and Video Protection Systems. You will work within an international, cross‑functional team to define system requirements, develop specifications, and guide projects from bid to commissioning. You’ll coordinate with hardware/software developers, testers, suppliers, and the customer to ensure on‑time, safe, and compliant delivery. - Design and engineering of Passenger Information Systems or Video Protection Systems with relevant documentation
- System requirements writing and specification development
- Technical project management from bid phase to commissioning support
- Project coordination with the commercial project manager and customer
- Internal coordination with hardware/software development, system integration, and testing teams

Responsabilità
- +5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
- Experience in hardware and/or software development
- Knowledge of embedded hardware architectures and digital electronics
- Familiarity with the embedded Linux environment
- Understanding of IP/Ethernet networks
- Fluency in Italian and English (German proficiency is a plus)
- Self‑motivated and independent personality
- Strong leadership and proactivity
- Dynamic and able to work with a multicultural team
- Availability to travel internationally
