Key responsibilities:
* Briefing and collaborating with the design team.
* Efficiently distributing workloads.
* Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.
* Assisting the design team in implementing client feedback.
* Engaging in active communication with existing clients and reaching out to potential prospects.
* Preparing pricing and time estimations, drafting contracts and NDAs, issuing invoices, and monitoring their status.
* Handling general administrative duties.
Mandatory requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager/Account Manager in advertising, creative, digital, or communication agencies.
* Exceptional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), as the majority of our clients are international.
* High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
* Quick learning abilities.
* A person who reads carefully, does research, and analyses the situation to provide a solution.
* A polite and respectful approach.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.
Good to have:
* Experience in design, copywriting, and marketing.
* Sales-oriented mindset.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Background in freelancing.
Our process:
