We are growing rapidly in the corporate solutions space and are looking for a commercially driven, strategically minded leader to oversee our consultant network, manage key client projects, and drive the development of new service offerings.
The Role
This senior role blends consultant management, corporate client relationship growth, and solution development to deliver best-in-class project management outcomes for our customers.
You’ll work directly with the leadership team to:
* Oversee our network of external consultants to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Secure and manage large-scale corporate projects, from pitch through to implementation and optimisation.
* Drive innovation in our client solutions to keep them competitive, relevant, and high-impact.
Key Responsibilities
Consultant Management
* Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of specialist project management consultants.
* Monitor delivery quality, provide performance feedback, and optimise contracts for best value.
Corporate Client Solutions
* Lead business development efforts with senior decision-makers in corporate clients.
* Manage high-value client projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.
* Act as senior point of contact for key accounts, building long-term relationships.
Solution Development
* Identify new service offerings aligned with client needs and market trends.
* Collaborate with consultants to refine and enhance existing solutions.
* Ensure offerings remain commercially competitive and operationally efficient.
Skills & Experience Required
* 7+ years in senior project management, consulting, or corporate client solutions.
* Proven ability to lead delivery teams and manage external consultants.
* Strong B2B sales and account management experience.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Commercial mindset with proven track record of delivering growth.
* Relevant project management certifications from PMI, IPMA, Prince, APM or Scrum.
