Lead Engineer NTI/NPI Manifold Distribution and Connection

Responsibilities
* Establish technical requirements based on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards.
* Lead and contribute on design development activities such as CAD modelling and/or FE assessments, document creation and review ensuring alignment with requirements and schedule.
* Work cross‑functionally with other teams and departments to align interfaces, design activities and deliverables.
* Present design outcomes in design reviews when and as relevant.
* Manage engineering suppliers on technical aspects, providing guidance and ensuring compliance to applicable technical contractual requirements.
* Provide engineering support to program management, planning, quality and other stakeholders.
* Support the sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products.
* Provide consultancy advice to the engineering tender teams to correctly identify and select the portfolio products that best suit the required tender specifications.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Expert in 3D CAD modelling and/or Finite Element Analysis.
* Subsea equipment knowledge and relevant design methodologies (desired).
* Robust mechanical design background.
* Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility.
* Strong oral and written communication skills fluent in English.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
