Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)
Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets
Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel
Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)
Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction
Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals

Additional information:
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1-hour fully paid break
Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office)

Relocation: relocation to Sofia in Bulgaria. Remote work outside of Bulgaria is not permitted

Requirements:
Knowledge of English and Dutch at min. C1 level (speaking and writing)
Min. xivgfpx 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sector
Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations
Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool
Previous experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
