Senior Product Manager, SEO (Bangkok Based) at Agoda
Role based in Bangkok with relocation provided. Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. We build and deploy cutting-edge technology that connects travelers with a global network of millions of hotels and holiday properties, plus flights and activities. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided. The Senior Product Manager will drive the SEO product strategy, partner with senior leadership across functions, and deliver solutions that strengthen Agoda’s SEO performance. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams and will have dedicated engineering resources you define and allocate.
This is an Individual Contributor position based in Bangkok.
Responsibilities
* Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/products supporting broader initiatives, customer engagement, and optimization of organic rankings to drive revenue
* Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly
* Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies
* Analyze content traffic and SEO metrics; evaluate campaign messaging and content ROI using well-defined KPIs
* Develop innovative solutions across regions and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
* Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making with a strong focus on SEO
* Strong data skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to stakeholders
* Experience developing and launching new products
* Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel
* Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and manage change
* Hands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving
Nice to have
* MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics
* Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent
