We are a dynamic and growing company in the bathroom accessories sector, with a strong focus on quality, design, and innovation. Our positioning targets qualified showrooms and architecture firms, key stakeholders in residential and contract projects.
To strengthen our presence in the DACH area (Germany, Austria), we are looking for a Multi-Brand Sales Agent with proven experience in the sector and an active network of contacts.
This role is designed for self-employed professionals who are results-driven and eager to expand their portfolio with a competitive and highly rewarding product range. We offer some of the highest commissions in the industry (12%), with no fixed salary and no expense reimbursement.
This position is part of our international expansion strategy, aiming to strengthen our brand presence in key markets through solid, long-term partnerships with local professionals.
Responsibilities
* develop and manage a client portfolio in the DACH area, focusing on specialized showrooms and architecture firms
* identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients using a consultative sales approach
* promote and present the product range, highlighting design, quality, and market positioning
* build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, becoming a trusted point of reference in the territory
* collaborate with the company to define effective commercial strategies aligned with the local market
* monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement
* independently manage sales negotiations in line with company guidelines
* attend trade fairs, events, and industry meetings to increase brand visibility
Qualifications
* proven experience as a sales agent, preferably in bathroom furnishings, design, or related sectors
* active client portfolio and established relationships with showrooms and/or architecture firms in the DACH area
* strong sales mindset and results-oriented approach
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a B2B and consultative environment
* high level of autonomy, organization, and territory management
* fluent in German (additional languages are a plus)
* sensitivity to design and understanding of the interior/furnishing industry
* VAT number (or willingness to obtain one)
