Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesWork with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and new business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales targets (bookings/billing).Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.Collaborate with regional or global teams to achieve objectives.Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.Education Background / MajorBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Experience (Ideal)2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.Knowledge (Ideal)Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.Abilities / QualitiesProven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.Skills / CertificationsFluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
