Responsibilities1. Responsible for the establishment of a channel system in MOVA Italy, including agents, secondary KA and OEM customers, etc.;2. Responsible for the use of market funds, formulate product and price strategies;3. According to the existing channel structure, optimize the distributor system to ensure the supply of channel inventory; maintain market order and ensure the profitability of partners;4. Formulate sales strategies according to company requirements, formulate quarterly/annual goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems and management systems, rationally allocate company resources, and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies;5. Do a good job of regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts.Qualifications1. Bachelor degree, graduated from marketing, sales management and other related majors, involved in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products and other fields are preferred;2. More than five years of relevant local work experience, familiar with the Italian markets, and have relevant integrated marketing success stories;3. Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, has strong market development and sales capabilities, and has worked deeply in the past.;4.
