PWe are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our business expansion across European markets in the utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive market penetration for utility-scale BESS projects. /liliEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, developers, and end clients. /liliPlan and implement promotional activities to enhance market presence and support after-sales services. /liliManage customer service quality and handle client communications and feedback effectively. /liliCollect and analyze market information to support business decisions and maintain customer satisfaction. /liliCoordinate responses to emergencies and ensure business continuity. /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliBachelor’s degree or higher. /liliMinimum 3–5 years of sales experience in utility-scale BESS. Candidates with 5+ years in solar, wind, or other renewable energy sectors will also be considered. /liliEstablished network with local EPCs and developers is essential. /liliFluency in the local language and proficiency in 1–2 additional languages; English is mandatory. /liliStrong market analysis, negotiation, and independent working abilities. /liliProfessional ethics, responsibility, and willingness for international travel. /li /ul
