Dentpsly is looking for a Senior Sales Manager Private label for its Zhermack production site in Badia Polesine.
Key Responsibilities
Support the definition of multi-year strategic and annual operating plans;
Defining sales forecasts, commercial and contractual conditions; coordinating international sales and customer service teams;
Market analysis, price list definition and product positioning;
Supervision of commercial proposals; management and development of the customer portfolio;
Definition of commercial strategies and marketing plans within budget;
Identification of new opportunities and coordination of Private Label/OEM projects;
Development of collaborations with KOLs and local universities.
Requirements
University degree in languages or economics or equivalent experience;
10 years of commercial experience in multinational or structured environments;
Solid B2B and/or Private Label experience;
Proven experience managing international teams;
Second language at professional level (B2), preferably German;
Third language considered a plus (French appreciated);
Good Microsoft Office knowledge;
Leadership and communication skills;
Results orientation; analytical and problem-solving skills;
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
