With strong R&D; investment and an expanding global footprint, the company is entering a high-growth phase across Southern Europe and is seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader to drive regional expansion. We are looking for a true hunter sales professional with deep domain knowledge in high-voltage asset monitoring to build and scale the Southern European market. This is not an account management role. This is a market-building, revenue-generating position for someone who: Has an established network across utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and service providers Understands the technical and commercial drivers behind substation and rotating asset monitoring Thrives in agile, growth-oriented environments Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Southern Europe Drive new business acquisition across utilities, IPPs, industrial operators, and service providers Lead complex technical sales cycles involving: Partial Discharge monitoring in GIS environments Transformer monitoring using Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) Integrated grid and substation monitoring platforms Position the company as a premium technology partner for grid reliability and predictive maintenance Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → close Represent the company at industry events and technical forums Partial Discharge monitoring solutions within GIS PD monitoring for rotating machines Transformer monitoring including DGA systems Substation or grid condition monitoring technologies Commercial Profile ~5–10+ years of experience in technical B2B sales within the power transmission, generation, or HV equipment space ~ Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets ~ Existing contact book across Southern European utilities and large industrial asset owners ~ Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles ~ Ability to engage both engineering and executive-level stakeholders
