In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to drive Fire & Security Systems opportunities across EMEA. You'll lead account strategy, expand our share across the full solution portfolio, and act as a trusted advisor to influence specifications and BoD. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of agreed outcomes. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role at the intersection of data centers and security technologies. Retribuzione / Benefits Build and manage strategic relationships with data center customers and engineering influences to earn BoD, influence specifications and lead account strategies Develop and refine Account Management Plans to grow account share and opportunities across Fire & Security Systems offerings Maintain frequent in-person or virtual contact with decision influencers and articulate customer needs in business language Drive full-spectrum Johnson Controls offerings into customer specifications to differentiate from competitors and support OFCI/CFCI programs Collaborate with regional offices, product teams and other JCI teams to pursue projects and win opportunities Educate and mentor local sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and performance Conduct technical presentations and position yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned accounts Utilize Salesforce, Altify and STAR tools to plan, document progress and grow pipeline Stay current on industry standards and building codes relevant to data center security solutions Provide feedback to management and factory teams on customer perception, competitive moves and market trends Lead pre-bid, bid and post-bid processes to set regional teams up for successful delivery Own and manage customer relationships through regular cadence, QBRs and on-site/virtual meetings Initiate technology xrdztoy innovation sessions with customers and align with global teams for localization in data centers Participate in professional organizations for networking and personal development Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Demonstrated track record of Fire & Security Systems sales targets in a B2B environment (5+ years) Consultative selling approach with ability to influence customer decisions Ability to operate in a matrix environment as an individual contributor Based in/around FLAP-D markets with 25–50% travel within EMEA Valid EU/UK driving license Fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
