Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company offering to the customer, to position Future’s value add, and to demonstrate the company’s full capabilities is essential. What the role involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, formulate regional strategies, and build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are achieved. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales success in electronic distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes through achieved designs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
