Cenate Sotto(BG) / Business Unit Energy Candidati per questa posizione Candidati per questa posizione - Condividi Finalità della posizione Responsibilities: : - Accountable for the profitable growth and marketing of Business Unit portfolio, monitoring and managing it through all its lifecycle phases according to market needs and BU short and long-term strategy. : - Leads market intelligence analysis in collaboration with Cluster Marketing Managers, defining verticals and channels positioning, value proposition and potential portfolio or business model gaps, both against competition and new market opportunities. Develops and maintains marketing plans to bridge supply and demand. : - Analysis of current offering, defining and tracking performance metrics such as volumes, profitability, service level, planning appropriate countermeasures or improvement actions. : - Ensures correct pricing is applied for all countries, products, verticals and channels together with pricing department. : - Drives cross-functional innovation process based on market needs defining the roadmap (investment proposals and business plan) together with R&D department and BU both in case of new products and improvements/optimization of existing ones, prioritizing activities based on expected returns and BU/corporate strategy. : - Defines training needs and drives creation of proper material to support sales and customers. Initiates and drives product market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation in collaboration with corporate Marketing department. Requisiti BSC or MSC in Engineering : - Previous roles in Product Marketing, Product Management (a bit of sales would not be bad) : - Experience with travelling and working in different cultures : - Used to analyze and understand market intelligence : - Able to analyze and solve complex situations - systemic thinking : - Good English is a must, other languages preferred : - Empathic, able to influence : - Humble, eager to learn :Candidati per questa posizione :I campi evidenziati con un asterisco (*) sono obbligatori
