We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Bolton Food, based in Milano.

As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across national clients, strengthening strategic retailer relationships, optimizing product visibility and promotional activities, and delivering sell-out performance in line with company objectives.
How your agenda looks like:
* Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer.
* Deliver on sales targets and objectives.
* Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer.
* Design and execute customer‐specific promotional plans.
* Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories.
Your team:
This position reports to the Customer Team Manager and closely collaborates with the wider Sales Team, as well as with cross‐functional commercial and corporate departments.
What makes you a great fit:
* Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
* 4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments;
* Strong analytical and data‐driven mindset;
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
* Fluent Italian and good English proficiency;
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills;
* Results‐oriented, proactive, and team‐player attitude.
