The candidate will be responsible for developing the client portfolio through direct sales, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Main Responsibilities: Manage and develop the company's direct sales network to build the client portfolio and optimize profitability within assigned targets. Define and implement the direct sales strategy for long-term rental. Identify new market segments and business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and lead generation. Create the organizational structure and manage the sales force. Coordinate, train, and motivate the direct sales team. Monitor commercial performance and set sales objectives. Support the team in strategic negotiations with clients. Develop the client portfolio, focusing on companies. Manage negotiations with key clients and close deals. Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor KPIs and sales performance, preparing periodic reports. Analyze the market and competition to adapt the commercial strategy. Work with Operations to ensure efficient management of rental contracts. Coordinate with Finance and Risk to evaluate financial performance and credit risk of clients. Ensure timely updating of activity data in company management tools. Required Qualifications: Degree in economics or marketing, or proven extensive experience in the sector with a significant corporate and large corporate client portfolio. Experience in commercial roles within the rental sector. Good knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems. Understanding of creditworthiness assessment. Customer orientation, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
