Main Responsibilities: Manage and develop the company's direct sales network to build the client portfolio and optimize profitability within assigned targets. Define and implement the direct sales strategy for long-term rental. Identify new market segments and business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and lead generation. Create the organizational structure and manage the sales force. Coordinate, train, and motivate the direct sales team. Monitor commercial performance and set sales objectives.
