We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager for Lara ’s Public API, SDK. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and expansion of our Public API, SDK, and integration ecosystem. In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Lara’s developer-facing products, enabling seamless integrations with third-party applications, enterprise systems, and custom workflows. Your work will empower developers, businesses, and partners to extend Lara’s capabilities and unlock new use cases for machine translation. What You’ll Do Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lara’s Public API, SDK, and integrations, setting a new industry standard for scalability, reliability, and developer experience. Define and drive API-first development principles, ensuring Lara’s technology is easily adaptable for external partners, businesses, and enterprise customers. Collaborate with engineering teams to build intuitive, well-documented APIs and SDKs that provide a seamless experience for developers. Engage with developers, partners, and enterprise customers to gather insights, refine the API experience, and drive adoption. Identify and prioritize key integrations, enabling Lara to connect with popular SaaS platforms, productivity tools, and enterprise solutions. Ensure API reliability, scalability, and security, working closely with engineering teams to maintain high performance and uptime. Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for API usage, developer engagement, and integration success. Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Lara’s API and SDK offerings remain competitive and support evolving developer needs. Qualifications Required Minimum of 5 years in product management, with experience in API platforms, developer tools, or SDKs. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDK development, and integration architectures. Proven ability to work with developers, engineering teams, and external partners to deliver developer-friendly products. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in an API-first, developer-centric environment. Experience driving adoption and engagement for APIs, including documentation, onboarding, and developer experience improvements. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and analyze API usage and integration success metrics. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with authentication, security best practices, and enterprise integration patterns is a strong plus. This position requires daily in-office presence, so we are unable to accommodate fully remote work. However, we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to work up to 48 days remotely per year, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work experience.
