PRODUCT MANAGER (Logistics Automation Solutions)
Lead the strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market of turnkey logistics automation solutions built on SIS products (barcode readers, dimensioners) and third-party devices for parcel identification, measurement, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* Define pricing, positioning, and business strategy.
* Manage full solution lifecycle from concept to EOL.
* Scout third-party components and align roadmaps with Product Managers.
* Drive market analysis, VoC insights, and competitive intelligence.
* Lead GTM plans, launches, sales enablement, and funnel optimization.
* Support cross-functional teams and resolve solution-related issues.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering.
* 5+ years in Logistics Automation (Product Marketing, Sales or Service).
* Italian and English proficient.
* Experience with SAP, Power BI, MS Dynamics, CRM.
* Strong analytical and technical understanding of automated solutions.
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management.
