The candidate will report directly to the Country Manager Italy with a dotted line to the International Marketing Director. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive market growth across Italy in both peripheral and coronary business. /liliCustomize global marketing strategies to fit the specific needs and dynamics of the Italian territory. /liliTogether with the International team, plan and manage product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities. /liliOversee and lead the Field Clinical Specialist team while coordinating clinical initiatives and efforts nationwide. /liliWork in partnership with regional leadership and the reimbursement team to ensure optimum reimbursement for all Shockwave products. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies. /liliConduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. /liliDevelop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders. /liliMonitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. /liliEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. /liliManage the marketing budget for Italy, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. /liliMinimum of 7 years of experience in marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry. /liliExperience leading a field-based team. /liliProven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution. /liliStrong understanding of the Italian market and regulatory environment. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. /liliProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a global team. /liliFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliWillingness to travel as needed. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
