Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive new customer acquisition in the pharma & personal care sector, manage sizeable deal flow and target account pipelines, and craft strategic sales plans. You will respond to inbound leads, build credibility with key stakeholders, and perform market analysis to identify trends. You will forecast sales to support management decisions and collaborate with internal teams to win new business. You will also participate in industry events to generate leads and stay informed about Personal Care developments.

Responsabilità
* 6+ years of successful technical or outside sales experience using a consultative approach
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
* Ideally prior experience in industrial environments (Personal Care)
* Willingness to travel in Europe
* Strong interpersonal, intercultural and relationship skills
* Language proficiency in German and English
* Analytical mindset with learning agility and proactive hands‑on approach
* Project management, organizational and planning skills
